  The 10th Annual Winter Solstice is Houston’s longest running bike messenger race. Since December 1998 it has brought attention to the messengers all over the south and beyond.

The start of this year’s race will begin at Tranquility Park (Downtown) at 4:00 P.M.
I promise the race course will be very easy and fast. Not like last year’s 55 mile race course.

The finish line of the race will end with a huge BIKE MESSENGER PHOTO FEST. Celebrating with 100’s of photos of the past 10 years of the Winter Solstice, The Houston Bike Messengers, Cycle Messenger Word Championships, North American Cycle Courier Championships, European Cycle Messenger Championships, Texas Gold Sprint’em, and other Alleycats. Also Houston Bike Messenger videos will be shown.

Come one, come all to see and hear about the history of these events.
